Michelin Pilot MXM 205/50/ZR16 tires on Volvo 850 T

I drive a 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo that is equipped with Michelin Pilot MXM 205/50/ZR16 tires. I have had several blowouts after hitting potholes. This is a low profile tire, and I am wondering if any other drivers of this car or other cars equipped with this Michelin tire have had similar problems.
