Better SUV tires?

Need to replace 235/75 R15 on '94 Olds Bravada SUV.

The OEM Tiger Paws are junk, and finally worn-out. I want a tire with good
dry performance (better response and traction), but can't afford to give up
the wet and snow traction (Minnesota). I have to drive to the "country" for work, and
see plenty of snow, but will never see off-road use. Have lowered the
vehicle 2" from stock and added new Edelbrock "performer" shocks for better
performance, and I am a race Kart driver. May reinstall aftermarket rear anti-sway bar.

Do lots of summer highway driving, often with about 2000 lbs of trailer behind. Don't want lots of
tire noise, and certainly could use a better ride.

What do you suggest and how much $$$? Need the "everything tire"!
Thinking about B'stone Dualer H/T.
