Actual Rev per Mile are based on a loaded radius + a slippage factor.
The various formulas I have seen posted are OK for the general question of what tire will fit my car but are not sufficiently accurate to give actual tire dimensions as far as we engineers are concerned.
Also you need to remember that different tire companies use slightly different approaches to mold shape & design so dimensions will vary from tire line to tire line. Also you are dealing with rubber so it stretches & contracts in various locations as you inflate & load the tire.
What is your real question and how accurate do you need to be?
