The tires diamater is not sufficient to use as the tire is loaded. (hence a little squashed).

You need to do the calculation using the "static loaded radius"

This could be done by: 1 million (per km) divided by the static radius plus the overall diameter divided by 2 times 22/7. (pie)

This will give a very close reading. A few revs per km is nothing.
