Carlos is right. But the big difference is in the amount of steering wheel input for any predetermined corner. For instance, if you take the on ramp at 45mph with a premium v rated product, your input at the steering wheel is let's say, 50 degrees. Put a set of H's on your car and when you hit that on ramp you will need 80 degrees of steering wheel input. The tires may or may not turn the corner but the first time you will be off the road because the tires DO NOT react as fast, thus requiring more corrections. Hope you are not confused. So whether you drive 149 or 55 V to H can make a big difference.
