I have a 1995 Honda Prelude VTEC. It came w/ Michelin XGT V4, which have held up well, considering I have about 65,000k on it! I was never impressed w/ their wet traction. I was going to buy some tires today, but I found how little I know. The salesperson suggested I go w/ the XGT H4 in order to save $40 a pop. I then went back and read Consumer Reports which rated this tire very poorly. I'm confused. After reading these posts (for a few hours!!!!) I'm even more confused.

Should I switch to the Dunlop SP4000 or 8000s?? How about the Yokohama Avid V4?? or the BF Goodrich Comp T/A ZR?? Please help! I drive mostly on interstates, but every once in a while I'll break the 120mph mark. I like good handling and traction is of great importance.

Any advice would be most helpful!!! Thanks. I'm going to make a decision in the next few days.
