Size vs Mileage

I wonder to know if the mileage is changing somehow when i'm
driving on 185/60R14 or 195/50R15 ?. These tires are reccomended by
manufactor for my Golf. I also wonder if i'll get better mileage
when i switch to 195/60 R15 (from 195/50 ).
