High-Performance Winter Tires

I need a set of tires for the winter. We do not get much snow here,
but temperatures drop to the low 20s. I am looking for tires that will
provide decent traction on wet and cold pavement, slush, light snow,
etc., while at the same time having as much handling capabilities
as possible as a hi-performance tire when I drive on dry roads.
I can use 205/60/15 or 225/50/16.

I have identified three possible choices, all of them H rated:

Pirelli 210A
Dunlop Sport Winter M2
Vredestein Wintertrack

The Pirelli 210A is a new tire. The DUnlop M2 is being phased out by
Dunlop, but I can still get it in the 225/50/16. Vredestein is a
Dutch manufacturer that seems to have a niche market in winter tires.

What would you recommend ? Any experiences with the above tires ?

Thanks,

Andres
