Hakka Q didn`t come last in any test. It won 7 and came second in 2 tests.
Hakka Q won the tests you mentioned.
Hakka Q was lot cheaper than the second best which was Bridgestone Blizzak MZ-02.
Hakka Q was significantly better than the rest,Goodyear came last.
