Noisy Energy MXV4 Plus

I've just replaced my old tires with
Michelin MXV4+ (195/60/R15) on my '92 Honda Accord.
They are extremely noisy, especially
when I go pass 40MPH. I get a winding
noise that gets louder as I speed pass
40MPH. My car is fully
aligned (after buying tires) and
is in excellent condition. I took my car
back to Discount Tires and they
said the tires were in excellent condition
(wouldn't they be, they're new!).
Anyone in a similar predicament.
I'm thinking about calling Michelin
hot line.
