Can you break radial sidewalls?

Is it possible to break the radial sidewalls when cornering too hard? I have MXV4 Energy 195x65 (at 31 psi Oggy) and the tires look fine from the exterior. It's just that they feel like they "break" (feels like the sidewall gives) on sharp exit ramp turns.
