Tires for 97 VTEC Civic

Hey I have OEM Firestones now, 30k, ruined by the stupid previous owner who never rotated them. So I want to go bigger but I am keeping factory 14" Aluminum rims. Current I believe is 185/70. Any suggestions?

I want to go to about 205-215 but keep the 70 series, I don't want to screw up my milage or speedo. I do a lot of highway driving but live in the midwest, so I need a good snow tire too. I have owned firestones on a big ole' Buick and I loved them. But I am open to just about anything. Thanks to everyone who have posted links, you've already helped me a lot.
