I've had some actual experience with the Nokian NRH. I just replaced my 185/60HR14's with plus-sized 195/50VR-15's because my old tires had worn out after 3 summers of sterling service.

What I have found about the NRH's can be summarized thus:

-very low noise levels;
-no tire slap over tar strips and the like;
-reasonable wear properties...wore evenly and stayed quiet;
-excellent wet weather tires...takes a lot of water to faze them (regular rotation, etc.);
-good to excellent stability and tracking, precious little squirm;
-competent, though not stellar when pushed hard on dry tarmac...high limits;
-predictable at the limit, gradual breakaway without too much complaining;
-great looking tire;
-forgiving ride properties, reasonably comfortable (even the new 50-series tires)
-excellent match for high-performance "touring" applications or for those, like me,
who are willing to make small compromises to forfeit other tires' bone-jarring ride
characteristics. Great match for my Honda CRX Si.
