I have not tried them personally but a test test I read in Max Power rated Nokian's other summer tire, the NRH good in the wet but poor in the dry. I am not surprised about the results at all. Nokian is famous for their snow and wet snow but I doubt they can build a performance summer tire at the same level as Dunlop and Bridgestone. Nokian have not been involved in any sort of racing at all, and this would be a big handicap in getting first hand experience on high performance tires. Want a goo allround summer tire at a reasonable price, try Toyo Proxes T1.
