What kind of racing do you do? Anything with a shorter sidewall will help improve cornering response... If it's all out race performance you want, then stay with a 15"... Not only will you benefit from the weight savings over a 16" size, tire choices and prices will be more in your favor as well. but if you want as much "show" as "go", 16" would be a good compromise... There are some 16" wheels out there that are lighter than some 15" ones...
