First, what kind of car do you have? Second, do you have stock wheels on your car. It sounds like you have a porous wheel if valve stems are new ect. Have a tire shop put 45psi in the tire and dunk it in a tank. you will probably find the leak if the tech is patient. Go by recommended psi on your car left car door for starters. Do your tires wear even?
