"Thank you for doing the research, Chris."

Didn't take much. I called Dunlop's 800 number (which I found on the Dunlop tire
home page at http://www.dunloptire.com, by the way), spoke to a customer service rep,
and asked for David Insull. I was put on hold, then another person came on and
said "You're looking for David Insull?" I said, "Yep", he said "You can reach him
at Dunlop's Corporate offices at (800)662-0200" (I think that was the number - but
I might be mistaken). I said "So David Insull works for Dunlop at the corporate
offices?" He said "Yes."

I have no problem with David participating here. I think it definitely helps to
have the opinions of a tire professional available. I would gues that he is
probably participating in his free time, of his own accord. He is obviously very
knowledgable and passionate about what he does which is a great thing. All I
would ask for is that he include the fact that he happens to work for Dunlop in
his posts. I frequently participate in an e-mail list of folks who use my
company's software products (500+ subscribers to the list). I include my position
and employer info in every post so that folks will know where I'm coming from.

Later,

Chris
