I also really really really love my Artic Alpins (volvo 850 turbo wagon). But I find them very quiet on our roads. However, our roads are rarely wet; they're mostly either frozen or dry. They handle very nicely on dry roads (stable, predictable, drive-themselves) and this carries over to frozen roads especially at higher speeds. Seeya, Tom
