Pete, I own a 1995 Honda Civic also, and i have Bridgestone Potenza RE-900's. They are far superior to the original Goodyear #$%@ that was put on there. The Wet traction is excellent, its very qwiet, handling is superb, and its not mad in the winter. I live in the Toronto area, so we are subject to a variety of weather. Look into these tires they are excellent.
