Hallo dear
Two jears ago i`ve got the theme Probleme. I can`t find 14" Tires for my Car.
I was bying the second Hand 15" Rims from a 87 Fiero and new Tires.
For the front i use now 205/55 R 15 ( it`s make the car a little bit deeper
at the front ) and for the rear 225/60 R 15.
I´m German, and in Germany it`s forbitten to use Biger Sized Tires on lower
sized Rims.
I drive my car every Day (120000 Miles at Gauges) in Sommer and in Winter.
I´ve got never problems with the Tires.
The problem with biger rims is, maybe the Speedometer show you a wrong speed.
I tested my rims and Tires on a Test Station with 120 mh. (i need this for
the German DOT)
The result was : My speedometer show`s me now very exactly the speed.
No space for a little bit faster driving at limited streets. From now i watch
my speed every time. A picture or Video from a Police car is very expensive
in Germany.
I hope i was helpful.
Sorry but i havent a EMail adress.
But you can write a Letter if you wont.
