Bridgestone and Firestone merged some time ago A.TAI so it is accurate to say that the Polaris line is manufactured by both of them. It is primarily a price line used to make the BFS "package" more appealing to its dealers. Having Bridgestone as its premium line, firestone for the O.E market and second tier line and Polaris for a price line gives dealers that 123 punch to throw at a customer. To be honest the firestone GTA's aren't that much more money and are far superior to those Precision SR"s .....................................sm
