POLARIS BY BRIDGESTONE (LOW END TIRES) ???

At Indy Tire, I saw a POLARIS Precision SR (195/60S-15) tire. I was told that
it is a new line by Bridgestone. The tread seems to look like Firestones
Firehawk GTA which is a "H" rated tire, but this is a "S" rated and the tread
feels soft.

Anyone know anything about this line of tires?
