BFG Touring TA SR4 vs Michelin X-One's??

I'm running low on my OE BFG's and was thinking about going
to the X-One's, but need input on whether or not the extra
$$$'s are worth it.

Situation:
96 Lumina LS Sedan with 205/70R15's

Do the X-Ones grip as well in snow and rain as the BFG's?
(I'm in Canada so this is important because of the
snow/ice/rain. The BFG's are M&S rated)
Do they grip as well on the dry stuff too???
Do they last as long? (My BFG OE's went almost 60,000 Miles)
Does the XSE technology claimed by Michelin Really live up
to the "Increase wet and snow traction by up to 15%" and
"raise fuel efficiency by 5% to 7%"?

I can't trash the BFG's. As a matter of fact, I like them,
but I need to know if there is something better.

Thanks in advance for the input.

Arn
