All characteristics are worth consideration, but as you go up in the speed ratings, the
incremental qualities are not generally noticeable to most drivers who spend 90% of their
time commuting to work on straight, multi-lane interstates at 65 (?) miles per hour. I
tend to believe that differences in H vs V are probably not noticeable to most people.
Also, brand selection narrows noticeably above H rating.
