I am a Toyota technition in NY. I have found that most factory tires found on any make of car are not the best on the market. The manufacturer has to weigh the options between tire performance and affordability when outfitting production cars with tires. A $20 difference in price per tire isn't much when you look at only your car, but when you are buying tires for 100,000 cars it turns into millions of dollars. I recommend to anyone who is unhappy with the performance of their OEM tires to replace them with better ones, especially in a snowy climate...All-season doesn't mean severe weather. Put a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks on you car during the winter months, you'll never get stuck again!
