Toyo Proxes H4 vs. MXV4

I need new tires for my 89 BMW 535i. 225/60/15.
I have had dealers compare the Toyo Proxes H4 to the MVX4
from Michelin. They are priced much better than the MVV4
and are supposed to be very similar quality. Does anybody have
any experience here. Any other Recommendations?
