Sears is a large seller of tires and they use their clout to cut deals with manufacturers to make tire lines exclusively for Sears and NTB, a unit of Sears. They do it with Michelin, Yokohama, and other major brands. This practice makes it difficult(if not impossible) for a consumer to comparison shop on price. I am hesitant to buy tires at Sears for this reason and only purchase tires listed on a manufacturers website.
