I currently have P2357515 OWL MNXCX Michelins on my Explorer. I mounted them on 11-20-97. They are an excellent tire. There is no safety issue that I am aware of. There is a light truck tire that is not recommended because of lateral motion and is sometimes mounted by some dealers when they shouldn't be, that's why I recommend to check with the mfg. if your not sure. The Michelins I have (mentioned above) wear and handle extremely well.
