93 Trooper/Goodyear Wrangler AP

I have to replace these tires soon. I drive 15% city, 75% highway, 10% poor to great gravel & 2% rough dirt. (These are Canadian metric percentages.) The tires have been fine on pavement, but they're not strong enough for loose gravel, as 5 flats will attest. I need something with a higher load range, but still well behaved in rain and snow on the highway. Any suggestions?

Also, this is an odd size, a P245/70R16 on a 7in rim. Nobody except Goodyear seems to make that exact size. Has anyone replaced the APs with another size, with what results?
