We own a mercury villager 1996. We have had the General tires 8 tires totally wear out. we have40,000 miles on the van. I tried to get General to do something. I have all documentation on alignments etc. I switched to a larger size in a Michelin. I sure hope I will mnot spend another 400 again soon. What is so upsetting is General told me it is Mercurys fault for putting the cheaper size on the Vans. This is just plain crazy. Please send email or call General Tire. They need to know how we feel.
