I remember reading about the "pothole" problem and Volvo's use of low profile tires in a
Volvo review (car and driver, road and track ?????) within the last two years. I remember
thinking it strange that a turbo version with low profile tires would have a
tire/profile/rim arrangement so succeptible to damage. Common sense calls for greater
road hazard safety with a higher performance car.
