I just placed my first order with Tire Rack last week (4 snows with steel wheels).
I was assured I would have the tires in 5-6 business days. It is now 6 business days
and I called to find out that the order just shipped yesterday, a week after I placed the
order. In today's competetive automated environment there is no excuse for it to take a
a week to ship an order that was "in stock." On top of that it took nearly 15 min of
redialing, jsut to get through to them in the first place. In contrast, Discount tire rang
