The difference between the two tires you mention is in their total diameter. The 55 series tire is ~23.8" tall whereas the 65 series tire is ~25.5" tall. The net difference is that your car will ride ~.8" higher than on the stock tires. Depending on what Honda allows for variations in tire size this may or may not be a problem. Over the long haul (as in years) some cars may develop premature suspension wear and/or wheel bearing problems, but this depends on what tolerances the manufacturer designed into the car. More than likely, you will notice virtually no difference, however it would be a good idea to consult a Honda expert if you want to be certain.
