Stacy, The choices today when shopping for tires do make it a confusing and sometimes fustrating expirience. But you should not let price be your starting point for selection. You need to factor in other considerations befor you look at price. Not that $$$ are not important and you should be willing to pay big $$$ for a new set of tires, you can get a very resonable price on almost any tire once you decide which one you want to purchase. Don't take this wrong, but you didn't provide enough information for any one to to make a good recomendation on tires for your BM'er. Just getting a name brand tire for less that another or getting a retailer to give you a lower price than they normally try and sell a tire at because of price garuantees is a very poor way to shop for tires if you want they most for your $$$ and you want the best tire for your individual needs. You need to present things like; geographry of your driving, style of driving, likes or dislikes of the tires you are replacing, mileage expectations, performance expectations to name a few. Then a tire that will provide your desired results can be suggested and you can find or negotiate the best price as well as compare like tires at a specific price level. The guys at Tire Rack(tirerack.com) or Discount Tire (tires.com) are a good source, I promise they will ask you questions like I mentioned. Or provide more specifics here and you will get some better suggestions than you have previously received. Hope this helps.
