I'm looking for the same thing. The owner's manual call for an 195-70-R14 in an H rated all season tire. In terms of price, the best best seems to be the new Dunlop D60 A2 JLB, the Kelly-Springfield Charger Assymetrical HR, and the Yokohama AVID H4. I just put the Yokos on my car and love them so far with their snow performance yet to be evaluated. Kelly tires scare me for some reason. My dad had a pair that wore out quickly. I don't know anything about the Dunlop's other than their price is great. I love my Yokohama AVID H4 tires so far. Great wet and dry traction. Check out www.tirerack.com for more information.
