The optional fit for your vehicle is 225/60R16. Michelin does make this in the X-1. The tire itself is just 10 millimeters wider, but the heighth is pretty close the same. A tire is measured by millimeters, the first number is the width of the tread, the second is the aspect ratio(a precentage of the width), and the third is the rim size. I hope this helps you. I sell tires for a living, so I know how confusing it can be.
