I have 2 YJ,s one has 235-75-15 all season radials, the other has 31-10.50-15s.
The 31s hit the flares until the tires shave about 1/4 in. off the edge of the flar.
The 31s arer Les Schwab Wild Countrys (oregon,idaho,washington). Not real good on ice, good to exelent for every thing else.
