Best Z rated Tires? 1997 TransAm (275/40ZR17's)

I have seen Falkens, Yokohamas, etc. The 1997 Ram Air Trans Am came with Goodyear GS-C 275/40ZR17's, and the tread is almost gone at 20,000 and I really do not hot rod it too much.
Any suggestions for a tire n the $100-$200/each range? The Goodyear's do not last and cost quite a bit.
