Touring tires for Dodge Intrepid?

Need to replace the OE tires on my '99 Intrepid. Factory equipment is Goodyear Conquests (?!), 205/70R15, T95.
Am looking for a decent but not insanely expensive set of tires which will be (a) stickier and (b) quieter than these.
Am also considering plus-sizing to 16" (prob 225/60).

Any comments on the following would be appreciated!-- BFG Touring T/A HR, BFG Comp T/A HR, Goodyear Eagle GTII,
Goodyear Eagle GS, Goodyear Eagle LS, Goodyear Eagle GT+4, Bridgestone Turanza Revo, Michelin MX4, Michelin X1, Continental ContiTouring,
and any other similar tires from Firestone, Toyo, Nitto, Yokohama, etc.
