Dunlop Radial Rovers?

I have a 4x2 Suburban that does a lot of city and highway driving, however when it does snow or get muddy she tends to get stuck easily. Which of the radial rovers would you recomend and why. Braking distance is also a major concern. Thanks for any recomendations
