SUV TIRES- WHICH ARE BETTER?

I have an '89 Izuzu Trooper that needs new tires. I'm looking at the Michelin LTX/AT, Pirelli Scorpion AT, and BF Goodrich All Terrain TA in a 30x9.5x15in. I do about 10-15% off road. Has anyone had any experience with these tires, or any recommendations?
