Never a problem with NTB here. Purchased four Mich XGT H4's for a Honda Civic EX from them and have no complaints except noise, something the salesperson clearly stated to me when I bought them. They always quickly & efficiently rotate balance tires and check alignment every other rotation sans charge (it is part of the purchase price of tires) BTW car has 115k miles and never has needed an alignment.
