The 235/70-15 is approx. .6 inches (1/2"+) taller than the 225/70-15 you currently have.

With out knowing what type of vehicle you have, other that some type of light truck/sport utility, it is hard to tell you if that will have an adverse effect. Many vehicle functions are related to the overall diameter of the tire.
ABS brakes
Transmission/gears
Traction control
And some computerized engine calculations (fuel to air mixture rates, etc., etc..)

You generally want to stay within 2-3%(+/-)of the original equipment tire diameter.

Bill's expirience with the Michelins is very accurate. Based on your description of requirements you would be very well served by the Mich. LTX M/S.
