What do you think about the Costco store's Kirkland All Terrain tire? I also have a Ford Explorer I want to re-tire. I can get the Kirklands for $320. The same store would do the Michelin's for $400. My Firestone's have about 3/16" of tread left, but I get no traction in rain or on gravel. I want it all... good traction on and off road, good handling, and long tread life.
