The Dueler HT would be a good choice. One other I would consider given your critieria and especialy the order of importance, is the Dunlop Rover A/T. Although designed with similar application intention as the Dueler, it has more siping and tread block edges along with a more "squared off" shoulder design that enhance snow performance. While mileage is comparable (both 60K) I would give the Dueler the edge in your middle two criteria, but considering your descending ranking of importance the Rover will out perform the Dueler in your 1#.
