Yokohama AVID 205/60 vs. Michelin MXV4 Energy 195/65

I have stock 195/65 15 Michelins and was thinking of switching to the AVID with a 205/60 15. Is this going to cause a problem? I was told the car had a tuned suspension, what does this mean relative to the tire changes?
