All-Season for NE? Looking at Yoko AVID H4 or T4

I'm looking for a good performance all-season radial for my Integra.
I've heard the T4 is better for Northeast driving conditions than
the H4. I plan on getting snow tires in the winter, but I still want
an all-season with some good snow/rain characteristics (freaky NE
weather!). A dealer told me the T4s were a lot better, but I wanted
the better performance out of an H4. What does everyone think? Any
other recommendations?
