195 is definitely too much for a Clio given the 1.4 engine and the suspension setup. The wide tire may even rube against your suspension components. The steering will be very sluggish too and it will definitely drag your car down. Fuel economy will suffer greatly as a result. Personally I would go with a 175/65R14 tire. Try the Dunlop D60A2 great allround tire at a fair price.
