Michelin MXV4 vs. Yokohama AVID V4 for Olds Aurora???

I have a 1997 Olds Aurora with the touring package with Michelin MXV4 and the tires are worn after 35,000 miles.

I'd like to get opinions on whether to replace with the same OEM tires or change to Yokohama AVID V4 or another type tire.

I live in CT and am looking for a tire that is good for wet traction as well as dry and good for snow as well as I do not plan on using snow tires.

Please give me your opinions.
