I ASSEMBLED MANY THOUSAND OF THE VANS AT THE ST. LOUIS SOUTH ASSEMBLY PLANT. I DO KNOW THAT THERE IS PLENTY OF SOUND INSULATION OVER YOUR REAR FENDER WELLS. THE SOUND INSULATION MATERIALS USED IN YOUR MODEL OF VAN IS THE SAME USED IN OUR TOP OF THE LINE TOWN AND COUNTRY SERIES. I FEEL THAT YOUR NOISE PROBLEM IS COMING FROM YOUR GOODYEAR TIRES. OVER THE YEARS I PERSONALLY HAVE BAD LUCK WITH THE GOODYEAR PRODUCT,MAINLY NOISY AND PREMATURE WEAR. MY SUGGESTION IS MICHELINS. ---------THANKS.
